INITIAL ASSESSMENT
Our Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT) will conduct a thorough initial assessment to understand your condition and create a personalized treatment plan.

Massage Treatments
The massages on offer will vary from therapeutic, deep-tissue, and sports massages., depending on what the patient needs!

Follow-Up Assessment
Follow-up assessments are crucial to track your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.

Concussion Management
A step-by-step approach to ensure safe recovery. Symptoms will be closely monitored, and a return-to-activity protocol will be followed once symptoms subside.
Physical activity will be slowly re-introduced, starting with light walks. Contact sport athletes will take longer to return to play, to ensure full recovery.

Student & Juvenile Offers
Students and Juvenile's can avail of a discounted price for our initial and follow-up consultations, as well as our massage treatments.
Students must bring a valid student ID.
Juvenile's must be accompanied by an adult.

Running Programmes
I will be offering various running programmes for all levels of runners (beginner - advanced), at all distances, ranging from 5k, 10km, Half-Marathon, and Full-Marathon.
These programmes will be researched from reliable and educational resources, and previously completed by myself!
Prices will vary depdending on which plan you are interested in.
